Do not order from this company!
I preferred a product that I ended up wanting to return. Noella charged me a $2.99 fee for insurance on the delivery originating in California. After several emails to understand why I was returning the product (it didn’t fit well) upon returning, I was given a return address overseas in Denmark! USPS, from my location wanted $40 for shipping. I donated the product to GoodWill Industries for a tax credit. Not happy, not satisfied, not ordering from them again. For that matter Shop is unhelpful as well, offering no assistance.

I love that they're super soft and comfortable I can wear them with clothes or by themselves. I usually wear a medium and I got that size I wish I would have got a smaller size but I'm satisfied with my purchase I'll just order another set.

2nd order from Noella.. so I now expect that they take about a month to deliver orders.. but when they text me, about this NEW order. apologize for the previous order and say they'll do better, but dont!! Always better UNDER PROMISE AND OVER DELIVER.. not the same or worse.. great shorts though..
