Not What I Thought

I tried this due to it being the Origin Story. Would not have thought Black Tea, Vanilla, and Strawberry would have gone. IT IS A GREAT CUP OF COFFEE!

Glad I found this company. The subtle black tea, strawberry, and vanilla complement each other and for a lighter roast it still has a bold flavor. I used a chemex w 30g of beans and a 16.9 oz bottle of water to brew. That's my go to ratio, but If your not sure this blend is for you I suggest the build your own sample x3 roasts in a smaller portion to help you decide.
