They made this sound like a physical product. My address was verified when I went to order leading me to believe I was waiting for a product and when I went back to double check when to expect it I see that they give me a link to download it all onto my computer and print it all with no clue as to how much space this is going to take up. I would never have bought a product for download. I asked for a refund because I never went in and opened the actual site. I just want my money back and I am ignored
