The Frye cleaning kit was placed on top of my leather boots. In the shoe box! The movement during shipping scratched up the boots, and I need these boots for my daughter’s birthday in five days. Now, I have to drive over an hour to ship them back.

Loved the look and quality of leather, but they didnt work well for my feet. Too narrow in width, long in length and they slipped up my heel. Im trying a different size and style to see if those will work better for me.

These boots are forever iconic nothing compares. You can feel and see the quality is undeniable. But theyre stiff!! Cant wait for them to be broken in
