One word: Accommodating!

When I received my recent "Deeper Discount" sneakers from KOIO, I was surprised when I didn't a dust bag. However, when I contacted them about them, it showed up right away! Now it's important to mention that a big part of this was because I had an amazing customer service rep named Aakifah! I'm not going to lie, as a long-time KOIO customer, they've ebbed and flowed, but this guy was SUPER helpful and was able to get me what I needed! I was so thankful that I ordered another two pairs of shoes and they assured me I had two dust bags in those! The only worry I have is that I was informed that KOIO plans to do away with the dust bags. Look I get it. The luxury sneaker game is a tough, competitive business. That said, come on people. Y'all can't take away the dust bags! Aakifah also assured me KOIO is rethinking this company decision and that's smart because I'm not sure if I'll stick with KOIO if that happens. Cant have naked shoes in a closet! Come on, yawl! :-)
