Bought these as a gift- my daughter loved them- so comfortable

Item areived and had damage / poor craftsmanship to one of the boots. There was Black die on the inside of the boot which was all over the paper filler ans inteior of the boot. Excess glue on the inside. It almost looked like the left boot was a repaired boot and not an original match to the left. Had to return to the store and order a replacement pair to be shipped.
