Lochby's journals aren't going to be for everyone. For a large portion of the population Field Notes is already a pretentious step too far but for those of us who really nerd out about stationary and who like high quality goods that make the simple acts - like journaling or focusing on pen and paper instead of our phones- the quality here really makes the difference. Tomoe River paper is so nice to write on and is such a high quality while being so thin. This booklet is as thin as a Field Notes with over double the pages in it. I keep these on me at all times and always find myself looking for a reason to jot down my thoughts, reflections or just stray instructions, directions or grocery lists. Lochby makes the small moments more beautiful
