I also ordered Body Gua Sha from Embrace the Heat, and it has been such a beautiful addition to my self-care routine. Truly one of those pieces you didn’t know you needed until you have it and now I can’t imagine not using it. The quality is stunning. It feels substantial, smooth, and perfectly designed to glide over the skin. You can tell so much thought went into the shape and experience of using it. It turns something simple into a really intentional, calming ritual. I’ve been using it to support lymphatic drainage and just to slow down for a few minutes, and it genuinely makes me feel better, more relaxed, more connected, and just overall refreshed. Love this product. I like to do some lymphatic drainage in the sauna and this does a really good job and is made well.
