Poor Customer Service

I love their puzzles let me be clear. I buy puzzles for my Dad and one puzzle I purchased recently he has already done. I followed the protocol of their refund policy and after two emails I have heard nothing in about 2 weeks. Really make sure the puzzle you’re buying is a design that you absolutely won’t have to return because you’ll be out of luck (and your money). They just don’t adhere to their own policy.
