Another great product from Peax. Exactly what I was wanting for my Solitude 4 dyneema tipi. When camping or hunting in bug infested weather it keeps me protected and still allows the other half of the tipi to be used as my vestibule. Being able to pitch it stand alone on hot clear nights a huge plus

Nice Warm Weather Addition to the Solitude 4

I've been able to use the Half Nest a few times and it is easy to set up, roomy, and kept the bugs out, I like the additional room the Solitude 4 provides compared to my typical summer tent. I watched the tutorial, but I highly recommend testing the setup before taking it into the field. It is more challenging to set up than the Solitude 4 with the footprint. Also, take additional stakes in case the outer gets drenched. It may sag into the nest. I was unable to get the trekking poles to work. It wasn't the nest, so that's something for me to figure out because it can be done, It's great that I can now use the Solitude 4 in warmer months.
