Hard to set up quick

it is hard to set up quick one handed especially when the kiddo falls asleep sitting up.

I was a little hesitant to order this at first because I thought it was going to be flimsy, but we are so glad we got it like all their products are great quality and this will come in handy for nap time while we’re on the go
