I still have Bed Bugs!!!!... Just that simple!!!

Device did not work. They have a 90 days back yet when i try to return they expect you to keep original packaging for 90 days. I spent $126 for a product that does not work

I received in April. I haven’t seen any change for the better. The shape blocks both outlets so nothing else can be plugged in. The bug problem is getting worse, not better. I am not impressed with this product at all and intend to request a refund.
