Poor Fit and Frustrating Return Policy

The helmet runs too small and did not fit me properly, even after ordering based on the listed sizing. The return process made the experience worse because Pro-Tec requires the customer to pay return shipping out of pocket. For something like a helmet, where fit is impossible to know for sure until you actually try it on, that return policy is frustrating and disappointing. I would not order directly from them again because of the sizing issue and the fact that they refuse to cover the cost of returning a helmet that does not fit.

Perfect fit for rounder head shape

After trying on 5 different helmets, this was the only one to fit my rounder head. Came with a sizing kit to fine tune the fit which was much appreciated. Customer service was also excellent! Overall very happy with the purchase.

Helmet size lean on the smaller side

Unfortunately, the helmet size leaned on the smaller side and the Xl/XXL didn’t fit my son’s head. Had to return, unused.
