Really disappointed. The bag I received in the mail has obvious wrinkling and scratches on the top near the handle. For the last 5 working days I have tried to contact Paris/64 by email and app chat to arrange return of the bag, but I have received no reply. The website return page says ‘no problem’ that returns ‘are easy’ and ‘don’t worry’. However, at present I have a substandard bag, with no communication from Paris/64 as to how to proceed with returning it!
