I love it! My go to timer for the range. I had a minor issue and customer service was fantastic. Stronly recommend this timer for your range shooting.

We had a minor glitch on our Pact3 that a reboot wouldn't fix. I sent it in, got an immediate response, it was repaired and back in the mail right away. There was no charge for the repair or return shipping. That's outstanding service! We now have four Pact3's in our club now.
