Monthly Slime Subscription Box (Recurring - Cancel Anytime)

My kids look forward to their KAWAAII slime box every month and patiently wait for it to arrive, so it’s especially disappointing that this has happened two months in a row. Both times, the shipping box and slime container arrived crushed, and the slime itself was distorted and didn’t feel like the right consistency. What makes this even more frustrating is that the package traveled to our state, left our state, went through other states, and then came back before being delivered. The slime box clearly went through a lot during shipping, and the product arrived in poor condition. While the company replaces the damaged slime, there is no additional gesture to acknowledge the repeated inconvenience or disappointment. A replacement is appreciated, but it doesn’t change the fact that my kids have been let down two months in a row after looking forward to their box all month. As a paying customer, I expected a better experience. I also emailed the company a week ago about this issue and have yet to receive a response.

This is the second month of the subscription and my grand daughter has so much fun getting this in the mail!!!! Amazing packaging even down to the heart shaped packing peanuts!!! LOVE!!!!!!

Always a great box my daughter loves it and asks when the next one is coming . The slimes are great quality and great for the price
