Soft and subtle
I love this shirt -- I like the rich, flattering color, and I really like the pointelle pattern that's knitted in. Overall, the effect is soft and subtle, which I really like, but not boring.

Sloan Pointelle
Sloan is my favorite long sleeve t, and small fits me perfectly ( for a non petite size). I can wear Wooland in both xs and small depending upon style, and I usually choose small in Sloan for a slightly less tight fit. Unfortunately this pointelle version is sized much bigger! It measured an inch wider on each shoulder seam, 1”-1 1/2” longer in sleeve and about 1” longer in body length. The shoulders in particular gave it a very droopy fit, and I was not able to exchange for the extra small as it was already sold out.
I love having new textured fabrics that allow favorite items to become more able to dress up, but the quick sellout and not being able to exchange in size was disappointing.
I really liked the new plum shade and signed up for restocks, but that’s an uncertain time frame so I’ll consider other plum items.
