Heritage Backpack

Excellent bag

Very pleased so far. The bag is sturdy and looks good and I like the waybit has compartments in each section.

Not good

Purchased the Heritage backpack for uni. There are NOT enough small pockets to organise things. More like a deep bucket to chuck everything into. The straps were very thick, chunky and hard which would have rubbed against my neck every day. The straps did not fit nicely around my body since they are completely straight. I could also tell that the faux leather at the bottom would have worn off quickly. It was difficult to use the zips because of the material in the way, covering it. Maybe it would soften over time.

Never been delivered - forgot I ordered

This item was never delivered I had a post office notification that they are waiting to receive it never did I ordered around 11th June it’s now 11th July. I will now chase up I’d forgotten all about it. Since ordering I’ve also seen this bag 25% cheaper in fenwicks Colchester. Cant tell you what the bags like I still haven’t got it so 1 star
