Zip hard and sharp

Wished I had listened to a review and not bothered with this model, zips are really hard and sharp when getting your hands in and out, they feel scratchy, not nice. I wouldn’t recommend.

Daughter loves it for school - very stylish and the quality is great!

Nova backpack

I really like the bag. A perfect size for my requirements. I only gave 4 stars because the only drawback are the VERY stiff and awkward zip fasteners. I'm really hoping they get easier with use.
