One of the best products I’ve ever bought for my son’s basketball training.

Terrible ordering process. I put in the wrong address when ordering and there is absolutely no way to cancel the order. I tried messaging right away probably within the first 30 minutes of ordering and I would get an auto reply back stating that that was not an inbox you could message. Search the website and everywhere for over an hour to find somewhere I could get the address changed or cancel my order and reorder that was not an option. Ordered on June 11th and after multiple attempts to ship it said it was delivered on June 29th. I will check the website again just to ensure there's no way to complain. This is the first time I've been able to send any information to the company. I tried to complain via Shopify but it said I couldn't complain until I had received the item.
