Hormel Compleats Shelf Stable Meals

I had bariatric surgery done in 1989. It was called the Fobi weight loss surgery but I don't remember exactly what kind it was. Unfortunately, the weight came back in the last 10 yrs, but not like it was in 1989.

The dressing ruined the whole meal. Mushy and no flavor.

Surprisingly good. Higher in carbs than I should eat, but good price and I would stock up some of these for emergency meals.
