Great customer service. I could not find my small bags and I did not think I received them. So I sent a text and got a reply the next day that the small bags were wrapped up inside the medium bags and daggone if they weren't there! Very happy because I was concerned that this was going to be an issue in me getting my small bags. Love the bags. Love the way the unit works. Very happy!!

I love the products! 100% easier than any other sealer bags. No more cutting bags and spills. I love the option of the glass containers too for soups and dinners. Will definitely continue buying! Absolutely love being able to clean in the dishwasher and being able to reuse the bags!

I absolutely love my chef preserve and of course the bags that go with it. I use it so often. The bags can be washed and re-used which I often do so that stretches the purchase out a bit more.
