Push Up Handles

Incredible piece. Highly recommend. The extra depth on push up is one thing, but the strain relief on the hands/wrists/forearms/and elbows is worth it alone. Stop thinking about it and get a set now.

Fat handle makes these very comfortable to use, and they feel super stable when I use them for dynamic exercises like burpees. The signature Black Widow textured powder coat is magic with just a little bit of chalk for the perfect amount of grip.

Nice maybe not needed but works perfectly and looks awsome also get a stretch on pushups and works grip
