Love it -- high quality! I use it for calf raises and box step ups. It mounts perfectly on my bells of steel functionalt trainer. Maybe it could have been a bit bigger but overall quite pleased with the product. It did take some time for the shipping which i understand since it is a one man shop, and most of the orders are made to order --- I appreciate that!
