Adjustable Knee Ice Wrap

This is the second one I've bought for my knee after knee replacement. It's comfortable. Stores in the freezer easily. Wraps easily. It's great!

A critical item for a knee replacement and it took two weeks to arrive. Two weeks! But the big problem was no communication, no text or email at the progress of the order. Finally a call to your US company I was able to understand that the knee product was coming from an overseas location. It took 6 days after the order went in before it was recognized by this foreign country. Bad communication!!

I have used the wrap for a few days. I like that it is portable and you can flip it over from the soft side to the vinyl side when it warms up. I am pleased so far.
