Hi. I’ve previously ordered from your company and the hair was fine, shedded a little more than what I expected but, it was fine. This recent order was not good at all. I ordered one 24 inch Cambodian straight bundle to go with the Cambodian straight hair I already have from you guys. This 24 inch gets tangled and sheds A LOT. I washed and conditioned the hair before my install so I don’t understand why this bundle is not good like the others. I’m going to wash and condition again soon while it’s in my head. Hopefully it gets better. Thanks.

This is can not be bleached, false advertisement even worst customer service. They refuse to help you. They just expect you to deal with it. I was told because it’s donor hair they can’t guarantee what’s be done prior. So why market in such a misleading way. No integrity no standard for the brand. If you can’t assure the quality of a product you shouldn’t be charging luxury prices.

Very Disappointed
I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of these bundles. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality, but the hair was horrible. The bundles shed excessively, the hair quality was not what I expected, and overall it did not live up to the quality that was advertised.
I feel like I wasted my money, especially considering how expensive the hair was. I would not recommend these bundles to anyone looking for good-quality, long-lasting hair. Definitely not worth the price.
