I’m a first time buyer, I don’t have any comparison to make besides what I see on social media as the influencers and celebrities use. I was hoping w my hard earned money that I, too, would get the same quality. The hair came nicely packaged I’ll give them that, but once I washed the hair it immediately tangled. I’m very disappointed and just don’t understand the quality that I received. I’m never shopping with them again. I bought one 5*5 hd 20 in closure and 3 bundles 24 in.
