Mocha Crescent Bag

I’ve only had bag a week. They say 30 days to try. I don’t know how you try Bag without taking the paper off, I don’t like the bag, the pouches are hard to access in my opinion. I want a full refund, but this company wants it completely not opened, and they want to charge me $10, before they’ll even approve my return and refund, for shipping. Their return policy is misleading and tricky. And honestly the bag isn’t worth the money. Still waiting on my refund

I love love LOVE this bag, used it for a 2 week Europe trip with husband and toddler and it fit everything, our passports and tickets for the airport and then way to much snacks for the toddler and the occasional monster truck, the color made it easy to combine with everything

Bought this for a trip to SLC + Park City and it was perfect. It holds SO much, so many pockets and areas to organize. Heavily considering getting it in another color.
