Cheetah Hot Pink Bowling Bag

My bag was missing the belt and the customet service was know help. I sent receipt and pictures over 7 times. They claim they couldnt see pics each time but when i sent a email with reply without pictures they received it. I sent a email to my friend and he received the pictures. I gave them my order number. That shows when I ordered and received it. I contacted Von Ditch as soon a i opend box and didn’t see a strap for my bag. As of today they didn’t send me my strape and you can’t return caps even it was still in the plastic bag and sealed. So kept the set but sidny wear it cause it dont have a stripe. I will never purchase from them again, even i like tvry caps and handbags.

Smaller than I expected but its absolutely gorgeous 😍 instantly my favorite bag. Cannot wait to get another.
