Aggelos - PlayStation 4

The game came rattling around in the case and the back looks like it was stepped on.. I contacted them and they wanted me to pay for shipping the defective game back to them… I have had several orders with them and it was kind of messed up to not want to fix the issue. I sent pictures of the case and wanted to send video with the disc rattling inside the sealed box….
