I had ordered a set of Jade. They didnt last long before the magnets started coming off. The team reached out to me and sent a new pair, free of charge! As someone who cannot use lash glue or even wear mascara, these lashes have been game changing! I love the way they look and application is easy and quick once you get the hang of it.
