The turkey was easy to work with and mostly roasted well. However, despite being well cooked at the breast and thigh, the underside was under done.The cooking instructions say to roast it breast up from the start, but if I use this brand again, I’ll likely start it off breast down to improve moisture in the light meat and ensure even cooking. Also, unfortunately, the skin was torn in a couple of places, which was disappointing.

We really enjoyed this delicious turkey. 6.6kg fitted into our Japanese oven with not much space left over! Would recommend.

The turkey was great. I forgot to order a cooking bag, but used aluminum foil. Need to remember the oven cooking bag next time.
