I want to preface this by saying I love Max and have been watching him for years. With that being said, I expected so much more from this brand. Maybe it’s just me, it feels like everything just had a weird off flavor and was very inconsistent. It was either too tough or way too mushy with no in between. I’m confident that they will keep working to elevate their product, but as of now, almost $10 per bag is way too high for product which is unfortunately just not very good. I really did want this to be amazing, and maybe in the future it will be, but for now it’s really just not for me.

I got Texas BBQ, Sizchuan, Korean, and the chimichurri beef stick. All are delicious. A little inconsistency with the thickness and chewiness of the jerky but in all great flavors. My favorite are Korean and Sizchuan flavors!
