An impressive sub for its diminutive size.

Mighty giants
Since I just purchased the 5000’s, I just knew the 3,000”s would be a great addition to the rear corners of my room. They replaced two huge subs, that took too much space and didn’t sound as good. They replaced two low end output fills the room with excellent bass. Also, the Svs subs greatly improved my overall immersive experience. My speakers disappeared in the room I can no longer tell which speaker is playing. From earth shaking sound effects to subtle sounds, the combo of the 5000,s in the front and the 3,000,s in the rear, hear and feel them working together seamlessly. Who says you need all four subs to be exact same size? Not true.

Exceptional!
I have a stereo system where there's a LOT going on! Before anything else, I should describe my room: All walls are covered with self-adhesive absorbers (claimed to be nearly 100% effective in preventing slap echo). The solid floor has a rug between the speakers and the listening position. the ceiling is fully covered with Armstrong acoustic tiles. Every corner is vented to another area of the house. There are diffusers behind the speakers.
My two new SVS SB-3000 R/Evolution subs are in opposite corners of the room. Both are room-calibrated using the SVS phone'/tablet app.
Before describing the performance, allow me to sing the praises of the SVS phone/tablet app:
The ability to have full control of each sub from the listening position and without having to bend over the box while to read tiny text, holding a flashlight, and saying the plumbing words pays for the SVS subs by itself IMHO. The easy-to-use SVS app is absolutely slick! It must be seen and heard to fully appreciate the control this app gives the user.
With two room-calibrated SVS subs in the system, not only do the subs blend perfectly with the main speakers, but they energize the room completely! Well-done, SVS!
