Good pair of shorts for trainjng but for running specifically, at the price, you’re better off looking somewhere else. Nice material but not super lightweight like a lot of running shorts. No zips on front pockets, phone pocket at back struggles to fit an iPhone ProMax size, would be almost impossible to put it in and out whilst running. Other pockets good for keys, headphones but wont fit gels. Still a good short just not amazing for long runs
