People at work complimented how my hair looked like it had been styled at a salon! It is so easy to use and didn’t once catch and break my hair like other hairdryers of this kind. Very happy with this product

I didn’t like that it was heavy to use. Also, for some reason with this hairdryer, my hair tangled very easily in it. I have other products that don’t tangle. On the positive side it definitely dried my hair quickly. You have to be very careful with it or you’ll fry your hair. There’s only three settings. I initially gave it four stars, but decided to give it three.

I honestly had such great hopes for this one especially given the price tag but it was such a letdown. It didn’t work well on my daughter’s 4C hair at all and it barely straightened it like it’s shown doing everywhere online. You have to go over the hair multiple times just to get it straight and it works far better on relaxed hair not natural hair at all which is nothing like how it’s advertised. On top of that it’s heavy in weight plus the shape of the bristles keeps getting caught in the hair which is so frustrating. The only things I genuinely like are that it’s safe for children’s hair and thank goodness the heat doesn’t burn the way others do. Overall it’s just not worth the hype and cost and I really wish it delivered what it promised instead.
