Memory Foam Ear Tips for Apple AirPods Pro 3

I have been using these earbud tips for a year or so.I used to constantly have them fall out of my ears when exercising. After I purchased these I haven’t had any issues and the noise canceling is better. I also ordered the wrong tips recently, this company has great customer service, they sent me the correct ones free of charge. I have ordered them three times and will reorder again when I need more .

All sizes too big

I order the set of different sizes in purple. The color was really fun and I liked the tool they gave for removing the tips. The problem for me is that they are all too big. I wear the XXS and XS (depending on the day and hot flashes HA!) silicone tips that came w the earbuds, and these don’t go lower than small. They wouldn’t stay in my ears bc they couldn’t actually fit in my ear. Kept falling out. I contacted customer service and was told if they fell out, I needed to go up in size. This was not the case for me as both the small and medium fell out of my ears and I couldn’t even fit the large in them. Clearly, that’s not good advice. I told them so in my response, and I was immediately given a refund before I could even ask for one. Now that’s good customer service! Which I why I gave a 3 star instead of 1. I wish they’d make smaller sizes for us who have smaller ears!
