The Ohman BRUNT Toe (Comp Toe)

Great boot. Got it Monday afternoon in the mail and wore it Tuesday morning at the job site, worked a 10 hour shift in brand new boots not broken-in and did not have sore feet or cramps nothing. Highly recommend this boot for the trades. Certified commercial electrician here signing off.

I’ve had this boot for over a year and I’m impressed. high quality build holding up well for the abuse i put them through, this boot still in working condition but decided to get a pair of the black ones today. Great quality and great service, I’m very happy with my purchase.

Great if you can get the right fit…

First off, LOVE that you can try Brunt boots on the job for two weeks before deciding if you want to keep them. I’m not aware of anywhere else that does that for work boots. And as a trim carpenter I’m on my knees all the time, so I loved the idea of the Brunt toe. However, I couldn’t find the right size. I’m almost always an 11 1/2, but the toe box was super long. It fit everywhere else but when I was on my knees, the toe box was so long it folded in a weird way and hurt my toes. I tried 11, hoping those would work. With the grey insert (for regular width) they were definitely too small. I pulled the insert out and they felt ok until the end of the day when my feet would get a little sweaty and then they would love around the toe box and it would hurt. Something about removing the grey insert seems to create too much vertical space in the toe box. Going to maybe try the ones without the brunt toe and see if that works better but these didn’t work for me. Super bummed but what do ya do
