Very nice product but poor app and smart function! defeats the purpose!

Very elegant product, great smell but very disappointing smart function as the app is very poorly designed. The smart function that allows for automatic scheduled function of the diffuser does not work. Therefore, I have to activate it automatically every day. It defeats the purpose of having your space always smelling good. Very disappointed that this function does not work!

Il y a un problème avec la programmation sur l’application. Je trouvais génial de pouvoir le programmer mais 8:00 am = 20:00 et si j’inverse début 20:00 et fin 6:00 il donne une erreur. J’ai envoyé un courriel et essayer de joindre le service à la clientèle. Aucun retour de leurs part. Pour les reste cela fonctionne bien et facile d’utilisation. Seulement malheureux qu’à ce prix le service après vente est inexistant

Not worth the price given the app doesn't work

The scents are great. I bought the diffusion for a space that is 1130 sq ft and the scent isn't noticed across the room. Also the fact that the app doesn't work means you need to remember to turn it on and when. Given the cost a functional app is expected.
