Quick processing and delievery. This was a gift for my husband. He is enjoying it very much. It took a few times to get it to work, but it was not the product it was the operator not following directions.

I need a refund my son and teck can't get it tl work..not compatible

Every little thing with this had been a nightmare, customer service is completely trash. App sucks, not enough lighting, not enough space, cant visualize the matt, have to use a code to log in that you wont recieve for days. Then when youre fed up with the app and the product all around and try to return it you have to do so through AI and they approve your return, then refuse to send you the return label and or where to return it to. Then after trying 50+ times to get them to send you the return label theyll tell you its past your 30 days. Do not recomend this product whatsoever. Complete waste of momey. Its a paper weight at this point. Just another snake oil gimmick in the golf world.
