Uber Dark - Spanish Roast

The order arrived in great condition. This is a wonderful way to enjoy chocolate! No sugar, you brew it in a wire basket filter in your coffee maker on slow/strong setting, and add what you like.

We aren’t coffee drinkers (don’t like the taste or the caffeine). We were looking for something with a little pick me up with some great flavor. We got a sample box and this Uber dark Spanish roast is our favorite. Great flavor, it’s like drinking dark chocolate!

I love the ritual of brewing it. I've been tinkering to find my preferred taste. I do 4 tbsp and let it steep for about 12 minutes to get the full, rich flavor I want. I have done hot and cold brew and I think I prefer the cold brew. Either way, it's a delight.
