HORIZON 20 MAX

I have not received my Product yet.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. My product has been held up in customs, and I have almost no visibility into what is happening. I only receive generic, automated AI responses to my emails—no one has contacted me directly or called me, and I have no idea whether I will actually receive my order. I have never spent this much money on anything before, and for the past month, I have been constantly worried that I may have been scammed. This situation has caused me a great deal of stress, and I urgently need clear information about the status of my order and what will happen next. If I eventually receive the product and it works as promised, I may reconsider my review. But right now, I desperately need real human assistance and a clear resolution.
