I sell chocolate tasting printables online and love to conduct chocolate tastings with different groups of friends and families. You can do tastings various ways but my favorite is to use quality bars of white chocolate, ruby chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate and then compare them to a Hershey's Chocolate bar (which has vegetable oil instead of cocoa butter). Most of my friends/family have never tried ruby chocolate and are amazed at the difference between a quality bar made with cocoa butter vs. Hershey's. Fun comparison. I've lead a tasting four times now and people either love the ruby or not. I happen to love the taste. It is fruity!
