HaloDrive™ 4 Camera Wireless DashCam

Not as advertised , promise of being able to record with battery that would last a month was not true …… can be removed to view recordings up to a month is what it should be . Plus you have to purchase a class. 10 64 gb card . Not worth return hassle . I’ll resell to try to get my money back . Live and learn when you buy off Facebook

The product shipped is not the product advertised. It is not wireless. It needs power to work. Have not received a response to three emails to customer service regarding the issue. They were fast to tell me to charge it overnight, but has not responded since. Very disappointed. Would like to return and receive a refund.

Terrible service, I reached out as soonas I received my order that I had received no SD cards, I had ordered the 128 GB in addition to what was supposed to come in the box. Two emails sent and still no response. Now I just want a full credit. I guess I'll be calling Visa to complain. Terrible customer service!
