The product did not work as shown on the video on the website. Attempting to return the item has been very difficult when I first emailed that they asked that I send a video showing me cleaning items. I said that I just wanted to return the product and they insisted that I send a video which I did when I sent the video they then responded with offering me an $88 credit when I stated I just wanted to return the product. They explained to me that returning it is very costly because it cost about $50 to return. The item initially cost $109. The reason for the high cost in returning it is because it’s overseas and it can take a long time to process the return. I was then offered a full credit that would not expire to purchase something on their site, which makes no sense to me. Why would I want to purchase something else on their site? If the first product did not work needless to say this is been a very frustrating proces.
