A lot to love about the 50 Pro. The fit and finish are much improved. The new camera is a big improvement in my early nebula imaging. However my first batch model has yet to image round stars. Every night displays oblong or half moon shapes. Getting a consistent EQPolar Alignment seems much more difficult now, and I hope that is the cause of the poor star shapes, not an optical or sensor tilt flaw. This is critical, and the reason for knocking two stars off. ZWO regularly updates the app and firmware, so I remain optimistic I won’t have to return mine.

I overlooked the Seestar TH10 3/8" Screw Quick Release Plate when I ordered, but all is good. Only two clear nights. Too soon to really compare with the S50.

Been trying to return it for almost 2 weeks now,
1. Battery wont hold a charge correctly
2. Super non-efficient imaging, I lose about 50%of my time
3. Images are mediocre, honestly not much better than the s50
4. Ai mode seems to auto bin unless I do it off, (because everyone want 1080p images instead of 4k)
