Beluga X Caviar

this caviar was delivered late in the day and the ice packs were melted making the caviar warm and not that good, they need better handling from the shipper. I did email them to tell them the problem , but never recieved a answer or responce from the company. I bought new caviar from #one caviar to replace the caviar and my wife loved it. I wanted to try a new company and if this is the way they respond to customers i will not be buying from again. Not a good first experience at all.

Well in Turkey I had real beluga I guess I thought I was getting similar product. Actually it was tasteless
