Pumpkin Chai 3-Wick Candle

I brought this candle a year ago. It is something about the pumpkin scent that I like. I must say that I have purchased three more.

Product was melted twice. Im in Texas so I do understand that happens here in the summer. I was offered a store credit which i’m also cool with but the issue is that ive written them back asking how to use the store credit but there’s been no reponse. The customer service with Nest is always top notch and quick so Im surprised at this.
