Days late in delivery- they’ll be old and wilted whenever they are delivered
I ordered these well before the cutoff time on Tuesday to be delivered same day. It is now Friday and they are still out for delivery! These were important and meaningful condolence flowers, and timeliness was very important. Now I don’t even know when they will be received, but I know they’ll be at least 3 days old and wilted. I wish I could go back and choose a different florist, this is so mortifying.

Misrepresentation
I’m always delighted to receive a beautiful floral arrangement. But never have I been pressured for a TIP as my recipient was. Not only that the size was disappointing. There was quite a difference between what I thought I’d ordered and what was delivered. My mistake . The flowers were lovely and fresh . So thankyou

I wish I had the reviews before I used this company. The flowers were nice enough. But delivery was not on time and customer service was poor. I wouldn’t use again.
