Dairy pill works very well and I only needed to take one! I started to avoid dairy altogether because other lactase enzyme pills were of very little to no help but I was very excited to see that this pill helped me to avoid any tummy troubles.

Love the keychain clip on... but beware chewing the tablets.

The packaging - including the medium sized metal bottle that is perfect for a Dopp kit, and the tiny keychain container for always-ready-doses - is amazing. The pills themselves seem to work. My only complaint was that I thought these should be chewed to work, which I now think is not the case. They're horrible to chew. Easy to swallow.

My sons comparison to competition

Got for my son so I am posting on his behalf. He was eating lactaid left and right with little to not help. 2 dairy pills seem to help a bit more where its not sending him to use the bathroom instantly. Do they work? Yes. Are they better than the competition? Yes. Will it relieve all symptoms? No. We would buy again.
